- Automatic transmission repairs and rebuilds: 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, covering parts and labor on the repaired or rebuilt components.
- Standard (manual) transmission repairs and rebuilds: 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, also covering parts and labor.
- Transfer case repairs: 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, also covering parts and labor.
- Damage from accidents, collisions, or road hazards
- Damage from misuse, abuse, racing, or towing beyond the vehicle’s rated capacity
- Unauthorized modifications made after the repair
- Failure to perform scheduled maintenance
- Contact either our Phoenix or Glendale shop to describe the issue — you can return to whichever location is more convenient, regardless of where the original work was performed.
- Bring your vehicle in, along with your original invoice for the work performed, so we can confirm the repair is covered under warranty.
- If the issue is covered, we’ll repair it at no additional charge for parts or labor covered under the warranty terms.
